PLOT: In a time of totalitarian society and the police are a group you cannot turn to for safety, a masked heroic figure by the name of "V" roams the streets in the nights doing what he can to bring justice. A chance meeting with a young lady brought on by his heroic deed to save her from an attack, he finds in her an ally and taking her captive in his underground lair tests her loyalty then tries to reform her into an individual that may fight by his side.
